Baron von Blowpipe
The Baron hails from an obscure part of central Europe; his last remaining chateau was destroyed during World War I and that enduring patch of land was washed away in 1919 as the Danube altered its course forever.
Not that the Baron has been anywhere near his ancestral seat since 1908, having moved to Paris, and thereafter London, to enjoy the trappings of high society that his title remaining fortunes allowed.
He was forced to join jazz and dance bands as a handy clarinettist once he had drained the last of his funds and has been working with Foxaque's Top Shelf Jazz since 1927.
